The Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority is planning on adding a
transit line running along Van Nuys Boulevard and passing through Pacoima, but they still have not decided whether it will be a tram, light rail train, or bus line.
Currently, Metro is holding a informational meetings to give residents in the communities the line will pass through an update on the East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor project, which will run from the Van Nuys Orange Line Station to Sylmar Metrolink Station. The next meeting is at Pacoima City Hall this Thursday, November 11 at 6 p.m. Pacoima residents are encouraged to attend the meeting to ask questions and provide Metro with feedback.
What would you like? A tram, train, or bus line?
